1. Usage of cell phone in classroom is strictly prohibited.
2. Students will not be allowed to enter the lab without ID Card. To take entry in lab a fine of Rs 20 will have to be paid.
3. If the ID card is lost or damaged, a fine of Rs 50 will have to be paid.
4. Entry will not be given at the center without Syllabus, for that you will have to pay a fine of Rs 20 and if the Syllabus is lost or damaged, you will have to pay a fine of Rs 50.
5. If you do not bring copy and pen with you, you will have to pay a fine of Rs 20.
6. Eating and drinking are not allowed in the lab.
7. If you come late from the batch time, then inform first, otherwise you will have to pay a fine of Rs 20.
8. For taking leave without asking, you may have to pay a fine of Rs 20 to Rs 50 or more per day and the form may also be rejected from the Centre.
9. Student expected to conduct oneself in respectful manner with fellow classmates and faculty while engaging in all classroom activities and discussion for misbehaviour you can be fined up to 500 or even remove out of the Centre or both.
10. ADVANCE will not be held responsible for any personal items that have been misplaced, stolen, lost or left behind by students unsupervised.
11. Any kind of waste material including paper sheets, pencil shavings, plastic bottles need to be disposed in waste bins located outside the classroom.
12. The institute performs regular assessments in the form of homework assignments, tests and quizzes. Student is expected to maintain academic honesty in all assignments and assessments.
13. Final exam in conducted after completion of course. The institute deserves the right to decide date and time for the examination.
14. Fees for any course, once paid, will not be reimbursed or transferred under any circumstances, expect if the institute cancels a batch prior to its commencement.
15. Change of batch will require submission of written application. The institute reserves the final decision on the batch transfer.
16. In case of loss or misplacement of original certificate & mark sheet , issuing a duplicate certificate & mark sheet will incur an additional fee of Rs. 500.
17. Students or authorized person should come and collect the certificate after successful completion of the exam.
18. Fees have to be paid exactly by the day due date mentioned in the fee receipt contract (cannot consider students absent or postponing the lesson) for late payment there will be fine Rs. 20 per day.
19. If theft or any damage is found in the Institute, then all the payment will have to be made.
नियम एवं शर्ते
1. कक्षा में मोबाइल का प्रयोग पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित है ।
2. बिना आईडी कार्ड के छात्रों को लैब में प्रवेश नहीं करने दिया जाएगा । लैब में प्रवेश लेने के लिए 20 रुपये जुर्माना देना होगा ।
3. ID Card घूम जाने पर या उसको खराब करने पर 50 रुपये जुर्माना देना होगा ।
4. बिना Syllabus सेंटर पर Entry नही दी जाएगी उसके लिए आपको 20 रुपये जुर्माना देना होगा और Syllabus घूम जाने पर या उसको खराब करने पर 50 रुपये जुर्माना देना होगा ।
5. Copy, Pen साथ नही लेके आने पर 20 रुपये जुर्माना देना होगा ।
6. लैब में खाना-पीना मना है ।
7. अगर आप बैच टाइम से लेट आते हो तो पहले सूचना दे अन्यथा 20 रुपये का जुर्माना देना होगा ।
8. बिना पूछे छुट्टी लेने पर प्रतिदिन 20 से 50 रुपये तक या उससे अधिक जुर्माना देना पड़ सकता है । यदि छात्र बिना लिखित सूचना के लगातार एक सप्ताह तक कक्षा में उपस्थित नहीं होते हैं तो संस्थान को उसका नामांकन समाप्त करने का अधिकार है ।
9. छात्र से यह अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वह अपने साथी सहपाठियों और फैकल्टी के साथ सम्मानजनक तरीके से व्यवहार करे, जबकि कक्षा की सभी गतिविधियों में शामिल हो और दुर्व्यवहार के लिए चर्चा करते हुए आप पर 500 तक का जुर्माना लगाया जा सकता है या केंद्र से बाहर किया जा सकता है या दोनों ।
10. किसी भी व्यक्तिगत आइटम के लिए एडवांस को जिम्मेदार नहीं ठहराया जाएगा, जो बिना पर्यवेक्षित छात्रों द्वारा खो दिया गया है, चोरी हो गया है, खो गया है या पीछे छोड़ दिया गया है ।
11. पेपर शीट, पेंसिल शेविंग्स, प्लास्टिक की बोतलों सहित किसी भी प्रकार की अपशिष्ट सामग्री को कक्षा के बाहर स्थित कचरे के डिब्बे में डालने की आवश्यकता होती है ।
12. संस्थान होमवर्क असाइनमेंट, टेस्ट और क्विज़ के रूप में नियमित मूल्यांकन करता है । छात्र से सभी असाइनमेंट और आकलन में अकादमिक ईमानदारी बनाए रखने की उम्मीद की जाती है ।
13. पाठ्यक्रम पूरा होने के बाद अंतिम परीक्षा आयोजित की जाती है, परीक्षा के लिए तारीख और समय तय करने का अधिकार संस्थान का है ।
14. किसी भी पाठ्यक्रम के लिए शुल्क, एक बार भुगतान करने के बाद, किसी भी परिस्थिति में प्रतिपूर्ति या हस्तांतरण नहीं किया जाएगा, उम्मीद है कि यदि संस्थान अपने शुरू होने से पहले एक बैच रद्द कर देता है ।
15. बैच बदलने के लिए लिखित आवेदन जमा करना होगा । बैच स्थानांतरण पर अंतिम निर्णय संस्थान के पास सुरक्षित है ।
16. सर्टिफिकेट और मार्कशीट के खो जाने या गुम होने की स्थिति में, डुप्लीकेट सर्टिफिकेट और मार्कशीट जारी करने पर 500 रुपये का अतिरिक्त शुल्क देना होगा ।
17. परीक्षा के सफल समापन के बाद छात्र या अधिकृत व्यक्ति आकर प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त करें ।
18. शुल्क रसीद अनुबंध में उल्लिखित देय तिथि तक शुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा ( छात्रों को अनुपस्थित या पाठ स्थगित करने पर विचार नहीं कर सकता ) देर से भुगतान के लिए प्रति दिन 20 रुपये का जुर्माना होगा ।
19. अगर संस्थान में चोरी या कोई नुकसान करता पाया जाता है तो उसका समस्त भुगतान करना पड़ेगा ।
